Orders are usually processed, made and quality checked within 1 – 2 business days. During busy periods or high order volumes, this may take longer than usual.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details. UK delivery is estimated at 5 – 8 business days for standard shipping or 3 - 5 business days for express.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Changed your mind?

For standard, non-personalised products purchased online, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please contact us at rugiadacustomer@outlook.com before returning your item. Do not send your order back until we have provided you with the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Once you have requested a return, you will generally have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Items must be returned in their original condition and must not have been used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them.

For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method in accordance with UK consumer law. Where required by law, your standard delivery cost will also be refunded. Any additional cost paid for express or upgraded delivery will not be refunded.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at rugiadacustomer@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair, price reduction or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

Personalised Products

Personalised or genuinely custom-made products made to your individual specifications may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty, damaged, defective or not as described.

Made-to-Order Products

All Rugiada products are made to order. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once production has started, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order. This does not affect any statutory rights that apply to your purchase.
